To bridge this gap, they created Veda Online Yoga, a platform that offers comprehensive and authentic yoga education online, enabling you to learn and grow at your own pace, from the comfort of your home.

Sindha Monga
Sindha’s Vinyasa Flow classes are known for their dynamic and fluid sequences that link movement with breath. Her teaching style is energetic and uplifting, perfect for those looking to improve their physical endurance and mental focus. Sindha also offers specialized classes for prenatal yoga.

Arpan Chawana
Arpan’s deep understanding of Ashtanga Yoga and precise alignment techniques make his classes both challenging and rewarding. He is passionate about helping students deepen their practice and explore the full potential of yoga. Arpan also leads advanced workshops on arm balances and inversions.teaching style connect with their inner peace.

Tapan Deena
